These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Stuttgart, Germany, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
